Wallis Knot created a new experimental production of Shakespeare's classic play Hamlet, entitled the next to the last hamlet on the left The cast included: Quentin McCuiston (Hamlet), Annalisa Chamberin (Ophelia), Connie Rotunda (Gertrude), Kyle Quiring (Laertes); with the Angels of Death: Ashley Pearse, Sarah Preddy, and Sean Roschman; with CSI investigators: Richard Omar, David Del Rio, Aaron Scotti, and Skylar Rote; and, with Musicians: Eileen Connolly, Megan MacDonald, and Lance Camarillo. The production weaves together live music, a modern day Shakespearean drama, and a CSI crime scene investigation. Video projections include Hamlet's early childhood family films & photos, CNN reports from Denmark, a video suicide note, and a live-action Hamlet surveillance cam. Dance moments include a dead body ballet with Ophelia dripping wet from her watery suicide, the UberAngel's dance of death, and a CSI waltz with the dead.
